It provides information about the origin and use of Information processed when you use the myTamatLink application.
This application, designed by MWS, enables notification, supervision and location tracking of users in a professional context to ensure their safety. This service is provided by MWS.
Definition of Terms
Within this Policy, the term “Personal Information” refers to information that can be used to identify an individual.
The term “Privacy Policy” refers to the way we handle users’ Information.
The term “Service” refers to the myTamatLink application coupled with the TAMAT (a product designed and provided by MWS).
Use and Protection of Personal Information
The protection of Personal Information is a matter of trust, and your trust matters to us.
All processing of Personal Information concerning you is carried out in compliance with applicable legal provisions.
We wish to inform you below about how we collect and use your Information.
By choosing to use our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
The TAMAT administrator configures the collection, storage and use of Personal Information. The TAMAT administrator depends on the deployment at the operating site. MWS does not intervene in the communication between the TAMAT administrator and the user.
The rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent are exercised through the TAMAT administrator. Any complaint to the relevant data protection authority (CNIL in France) is legitimate and may be used as a recourse.
The myTamatLink application does not store any Personal Information locally.
For what purposes is your Information used?
In the context of using the Service, we may collect Personal Information.
The Personal Information we use is necessary for the proper functioning of the Service.
It is used solely for this purpose and will neither be sold nor shared with anyone.
The application can only be used with a TAMAT.
Without a TAMAT, the myTamatLink application does not retrieve or transmit any Personal Information to anyone.
The application needs access to certain private information of the user, such as the user’s location via Bluetooth, geolocation or Wi-Fi scanning.
We request permission to access:
– the user’s location in order to provide assistance in case of need.
Security
The Personal Information retrieved by the myTamatLink application is only exchanged with the TAMAT.
Although we ensure that data is only available to intended recipients, the guarantee of strict data confidentiality and data security depends on the measures taken by the user and the TAMAT administrator.
Data communicated by the application to the TAMAT is encrypted using the TLS v1.3 protocol.
The user must authenticate with a username and password, so access to data is restricted.
Third-Party Service Providers
The application uses third-party services that may collect information that can be used to identify you.
We use services from Google to improve the Service.
We use Google’s location service to improve the accuracy of the user’s location.
The accuracy of the user’s location is essential for the Service in order to improve the response in the event of an alert issued by the Service.
The collection of location data is a legitimate interest because it can be used to assist the user in case of need.
This parameter is configurable by the TAMAT administrator.
We use the crash collection service Crashlytics (see https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy) to improve the Service.
This service requires the following information:
– Device identifier (device ID, Android ID)
– OS and firmware version
– Device model
– Error logs and stack traces
– Crash timestamps
This information is sent to the United States.
This transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
The use of Crashlytics is necessary since a crash of the application could prevent the user from receiving assistance in case of need.
We have no control over the process used by these third-party services to collect Personal Information.

Protection of Minors
The Service must not be used by minors. It is the responsibility of the TAMAT administrator to prohibit access to the Service to any minor. If the administrator becomes aware of the Service being used by a minor, they must delete all information related to that individual.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
In a constant effort to improve, MWS reserves the right to make any modifications deemed useful to the Privacy Policy.

This document takes effect upon its publication on this site.
